Guardian: Transforming finance – how do we fund the green economy? (video)

First short video from the Transforming Finance conference, which took place on 10th May 2013 in London, was published in the Guardian. In this short video, economists such as Sony Kapoor, director of the Re-define think-tank, Ann Pettifor, director of Policy Research in Macroeconomics and also Ben Dyson, founder of Positive Money, discuss ways of funding green investment.

The Transforming Finance conference was organized by Friends of the Earth and a coalition of think tanks and NGOs including Positive Money and hosted by the Institute for Chartered Accountants (ICAEW). It brought together representatives from a broad range of those who want to bring fresh thinking into the finance – from think tanks to alternative banks, environmental groups and finance professionals.
