Michael Kumhof is Deputy Division Chief of the Modeling Division in the IMF Research Department. His main responsibility is the development of the IMF’s global macroeconomic model GIMF, a DSGE model that is used heavily for IMF policy and scenario analyses in multilateral and bilateral surveillance, for the World Economic Outlook publication, and for work on G-20 issues.

Laurence J. Kotlikoff is a William Fairfield Warren Professor at Boston University, a Professor of Economics at Boston University, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Fellow of the Econometric Society, a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and President of Economic Security Planning, Inc., a company specializing in financial planning software. An active columnist, Professor Kotlikoff’s columns and blogs appear in the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, Vox, the Economist, Yahoo.com, and the Huffington Post. Professor Kotlikoff received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973 and his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University in 1977.
Domenic D’Ginto
Mr. D’Ginto joined PNC Bank in 1987 as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in the Philadelphia region. In 1997, Mr. D’Ginto originated the marketing effort for PNC’s Derivatives Products Group in PNC’s Eastern Region. Mr. D’Ginto has executed a variety of interest rate and equity hedges for corporate and high net worth PNC clients, including Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Equity Collars, Equity Prepaid Forward Contracts, Equity Covered Call Structures and Equity Linked Investment Strategies. Mr. D’Ginto was conferred the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1998, and holds an MBA and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Villanova University. Mr. D’Ginto is a Past President of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, where he also served as the Treasurer and as the Committee Co-Chair for Education and Community Outreach. Mr. D’Ginto is an active volunteer for the CFA Institute, serving as a CFA Examination Grader and as a topical specialist for Derivatives.
