Positive Money is a research and campaign organisation working to redesign our economic system for social justice and a liveable planet. We produce ground-breaking research and policy, educate the public and politicians, generate media coverage, and mobilise our supporters behind people-powered campaigns. We are recruiting for an Individual Giving and Campaigns Manager to grow, diversify, mobilise, and empower Positive Money’s supporter community, and build our individual giving programme, in order to achieve lasting systemic change. This is an opportunity for an individual giving fundraiser and campaigner with experience running individual giving programmes and creating donation journeys, alongside experience and/or interest in running digital actions to mobilise the public with people-powered campaigns that have impact.

Contract: Permanent contract with 6-month probationary period.
Salary: Grade 4, full time rate of £38,397 per annum + 8% pension contribution. Salary rate will rise to £39,687 after 2 years employment in the role, plus any cost of living adjustments to our salary scales.
Hours: Full time, 28 hours (4 days) per week. Positive Money became a shorter working week employer in 2024 after an 18 month trial. Requests for flexible working will be considered.

Location: Flexible between our London office or working remotely.

Start Date: Ideally April 2026, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
