Jill Warren is CEO of the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF). She has championed sustainable transportation, contributing to the EU's European Declaration on Cycling in 2024, and has advocated at COP conferences to urge governments to include cycling in their climate commitments.  Jill was recognised for her advocacy achievements with the 2023 Danish Cycling Embassy Leadership in Cycling Promotion award. Prior to joining ECF in 2020, Jill spent 20 years working in progressively senior client development and marketing roles in major international law firms. Jill holds an MBA from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Originally from the US, she has also lived and worked in Germany, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands.
