Dr. Johnna Montgomerie

Dr. Johnna Montgomerie is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Goldsmiths, University of London. She is the Deputy Director of the Political Economy Research Centre and teaches on the Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) degree. Her research interests are in finance-led growth, debt and the household sector. Prior to joining Goldsmiths she was a research fellow at the Centre for Research on Socio-Cultural Change (CRESC) which pioneered the study of financialisation. Her current work seeks to develop new possible economic futures.
